We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep who: 1. Has a 4 year degree in business or marketing with a GPA over 3.0, MBA a plus. 2. Has a proven above average work ethic. 3. Has an outgoing, type A personality with good strategic planning skills. 4. Lives in the Port St Lucie area. 5. Has good professional references. 6. Has good communication skills. 7. Spanish fluency a plus.
We are a 30 year old global executive search firm, one of 900+ offices located in 36 countries worldwide. With over 50% of the executive recruiting industry vaporized, our niche market has not been affected by the economic downturn nearly as much as most of the US economy. Our 2010 revenues are nicely exceeding our 2009 results and in 2009 we had an excellent year. Our staff has an average tenure of 14 years.

This position will be dealing with our New Business Development efforts. We want to be on the front end of the curve coming out of the recession. This position will be: 1. Calling each of our 4000 potential global prospects in our niche market. 2. Identify and making contact with the CEO and other senior executives within each company. 3. Presenting our services to each executive. 4. Identifying their staffing needs thru intelligent, mature, business like dialog. 5. Schedule a conference call between you, one of our senior recruiters and the potential client 6. Communicating resulting activity to our senior recruiters. 7. Maintaining accurate computer records for each conversation.
Our recruiting staff earns annual incomes from the high five figures to over six figures with extensive career training in a profession where it is nearly impossible for our tenured recruiters to earn less than $100K representative by our current staff’s earning records.
