Job Requirements:: Selling Pressure sensitive labels/ solutions to the durable goods market. Need someone who can do consultative selling smiliar to the sale in printing or a related industry such as packaging/folding cartons that hae a long sale cycle 18 months. Since they are selling a more technical solution, the person needs to have the ability to handle a technical application and be good at listening to uncover the issues so that the inside technical staff can recommend solutions.
Pay:: Will be talked upon interview
They have a travel expense reimbursement and basic car allowance. The candidate must be able to cover at least an entire state possibly two states so travel is 50%
Territories are North Carolina - The person needs to be in the center of the state around perhaps Greensboro so they can travel out in all directions going into southern Virginia. The other territory is South Carolina and ideally we would have someone who would be in perhaps the Greenville area.
Bottom Line Consultative selling experience in intangibles (could be printing, advertising, other consultative selling - not equipment or tangible products). Current or very recent sales experience involving a lot of prospecting. In NC or SC now. Ability to handle travel of 50% including overnight travel.
