We would be needing $900 a month for rent and to move in we will need First and Last ($900+$900) and a security deposit of $300 which is negotiable. The house sits on 5 acres which has a 1 car detached garage. There is 2 huge rooms upstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms. The master bedroom which is one of the huge rooms upstairs also has a screened in porch off of it towards the front of the house. Downstairs is the living, laundry, office, kitchen with island, bathroom, and front and back porch (these are enclosed). The basement has a concrete floor and I have put cabinets and workbenches in there as my wood shop. We also built two lean-toos for our horses to get out of the weather, they are not much but do give them shelter. There is an old wind-mill at the top of the hill but it does not have any blades on it. Please let me know if this all sounds good or what concerns you have. Please do not, just not write back because of something you do not like or cannot afford. You never know we may be able to work something out. Utilities ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rent. Utilities are electric, phone, and satellite if you want it. Water is well and sewer is septic system. Trash is picked up on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month and this is paid thru the property taxes. Renter will be responsible for adding septic system treatment once a month which is about $3 or $4 dollars per box. Renter is also responsible for the yard up-keep and the house up-keep. We will have a home warranty on the house which will cover the major appliances and we will need to discuss the process of the warranty with the renter also.
