THE MASTER BATH HAS DOUBLE SINKS, LARGE SHOWER AND A CORNER SPA LIKE TUB. DOWN THE HALL IS THE NEWLY BUILT MASTER SIZE BATHROOM WITH A SECOND DOOR LEADING TO THE SECOND BEDROOM. THE SECOND BEDROOM IS SLIGHTLY SMALLER THAN THE MASTER WITH LARGE WINDOW AND LITTLE SMALLER CLOSET. WE TOOK OUT THE EXISTING SECOND BATHROOM AND EXTENDED THE TV/DEN AND MADE IT MUCH LARGER.THERE ARE 2 LARGE WINDOWS LOOKING OUT ON TO THE FRONT YARD. WITH ALL THE OAKS IT IS QUITE BEAUTIFUL AND COOL IN THE SUMMER AND A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX.
BOTH BEDROOM HAVE CARPET, BOTH BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN ARE LINOLEUM, AND THE REST OF THE HOUSE IS NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS IN A DARK CHERRY WOOD. ALL PLASTIC TRIM HAS BEEN REPLACED BY WOOD, THERE ARE CEILING FANS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, ON TOP OF ALL THESE AMENITIES WE ARE 2 MINUTES FROM GREAT LAKES, FISHING, BOATING AND A LITTLE FURTHER TO SHOPPING.
WE HAVE PUT A LOT OF LOVE INTO THIS REMODELING AS WELL A QUALITY MATERIALS YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN YOU COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK.
