Our agency located in Metro Atlanta and branching to outer counties, is currently in need of Intensive Family Intervention Team Members. All applicants must be able to provide services to clients and families during NON-traditional work days and hours. You must be dependable, have a computer with internet services and the ability to accurately and sufficiently write notes; reliable transportation in order to productively provide services in the community. Compensation for Clinical Director, Team Leaders, Clinicians, and Team Members is competitive. Qualified individuals will assure the stabilization of the family environment, diffuses crisis, and promotes reunification, prevent out of home placement of children by providing individual and family counseling, treatment planning, teaching skills and linking to resources or community supports.

Other specialties (must be certified or at least have 2 years of experience working with this population)
-Substance Abuse Counseling -Parenting Skills
-Anger Management Counseling -Play Therapy

Team Leader
(GA) Licensed Therapist/Counselor (Need to have your certification currently). Must be licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or certified CACII by the State of Georgia under the Practice Acts and has at least 3 years of experience working with children with SED.
Needed to guide and provide clinical and administrative leadership to the team for services rendered to families with children, updating treatment plans, and coordinating and overseeing weekly staffing.
Therapists must be organized and efficient in meeting documentation requirements and working as a team.

Team Clinician LMSW
Masters Leveled Student Trainee (pursuing licensure) with at least one year proven experience in giving therapy and in direct care services.
Must be organized and efficient in meeting documentation requirements and working as a team.

Team Members
Must have a bachelors degree in a human services field with at least one year proven experience in providing direct cares services to the mentally Ill population, preferably IFI.
Behavior Specialist/Family Advocate/Paraprofessional must be organized and efficient in meeting documentation requirements and working as a team.

Skills: ABA, Aspergers, DDD, MICA issues, BIRP Notes, ShareNote, Bilingual a plus.

Position Requirements: US Citizen or Legal Resident, Drivers License, Undergo Criminal Background, drug screening, and DMV Check.
