1977 Leslie Supertyfon RS-5T. Factory tuning was: B major 9th (B,D#,F#,A,C#). The S-5T was introduced in the early 1950's. As with the S-3L, the earliest S-5T's featured bronze power chambers and two-piece bells. The S-5T was a popular horn on Kansas City Southern, Illinois Central, MKT, Norfolk & Western, Frisco, and Chessie System. Santa Fe used the S-5T on most of its passenger diesels. This horn is fully original and I have owned this horn for many years now and would like someone to enjoy the sounds of what the railroads used to sound like back in its operating days.

$700 OBO, SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY This is a real locomotive collectible. The horn is very large and weighs well over 60 lbs. Requires a very massive amount of airflow and possibly ear protection for close-up use!!!
