Position: Independent Regional Sales Representative - Medical/Surgical Equipment
Location: Evansville, In (South West Indiana, Owensboro and Henderson, Kentucky)
Employee Type: Independent Contractor
Salary: Commission with guarantee

We are assisting our client in locating an Independent Regional Sales Representative for a major spine company. In this
position, the qualified candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, provide “on-call” service to existing customers
and establish/maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers for a major medical/surgical
implant/device company specializing in orthopedics and spine. They will develop and generate new accounts by building
relationships and networking with surgeons and medical clinicians to sell a complete line of state of the art spinal and
affiliated equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives for each product category and in target accounts;
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge in product, competitive product and current market; participate in continuing education
• Provide high quality “on call” service to existing customers.
• Provide “in service” training and other customer education in support of new product launches and in an effort to increase
clinical knowledge of products/programs.

The ideal candidate for the Independent Regional Sales Representative Role will possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player
• Degreed individual with advanced training would be considered a strong candidate
• Able to work independently in a remote or home office
• Competitive spirit
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Previous experience in medical sales desired, but not required
