The Project Control Analyst must have experience providing senior level program and analysis functions such as project scheduling, project planning, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and related project management activities. Applicant must also have experience in arranging and facilitating frequent technical and management interchange meetings, maintaining awareness of actions due, delegation of actions, and progress in completing them, regularly reporting on status of actions and related issues, participating in regular staff and project management interchanges and concisely recording the issues under discussion, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions, developing and maintaining integrated schedules of organizational and program activities, providing summary reporting and detailed reporting (written, briefing, oral) on program issues and resolution paths, organizing and leading organizational responses to information requests, generating and reviewing documents and correspondence for the stakeholder organizations, organizing the development of comments and leading the integration and submission of comments, and drafting requests, memoranda, and correspondence for review and signature by managers.
Candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment with often shifting priorities. Candidate must have documented project management experience and proficient skills in Sharepoint, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Knowledge of databases is a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts, test personnel. Requires a Bachelorís Degree and 2-15 years of related experience.
