Requirements One to three years of relevant experience in consumer, business banking and one to two years teller experience. Must have been a teller or personal banker – will be on the floor and telephone dealing with customers sales and service Must have good soft skills – high net worth clientele They use the Fairmont Banking Program (nice to have)
Function in dual role as Customer Service Representative and/or teller as needed in multiple branch locations. Provide excellent customer service. Using Patriot sales and service program skills, participate proactively in daily branch sales activities. Become familiar with all products and services to be able to assess customer needs and recommend solutions to benefit both the bank and the customer. Responsible for daily operational activities as needed, assist Head Teller with required duties and audits; perform teller functions during staff shortages. Assist in opening and closing the branch. If applicable, manages all functions and personnel within the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager.
