You will report to the Treasurer of the community. This is a Part time position with responsibilities that include but are not limited to: - Monthly supervision of Job done in our community. - Drafting the Minutes of Board Meetings. - Preparing, Envelope-Stuffing, Postage-Appling of letter to the HOA. - Eventually problem solving and inquiries/problems/complaints - File damage claims with HOA - Obtain Bi-Monthly Report From Collection Agency. - Acquiring and maintaining HOA data - Preparing Monthly Updates of Progress of Lawsuits. - Collecting & depositing all association fees - Distribute Monthly Financial reports to Board Members.
Additional necessary experience required: - Knowledge of and daily use of QuickBooks A MUST - Payments entry (QuickBooks) - Accounts Receivable - Invoicing (QuickBooks) - Processing of bank deposits - Processing of credit card payments - Posting payments (credit card and checks) - Collection calls-review past due accounts and contact customer for payment - Accounts Payable including bill payments readied for payment into QB?s - Review and enter bills - Collecting Bids and Presenting to the Board for a Vote.
- Obtain rate quotes from Company services - Additional computer skills of Excel, Word and Outlook
