The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage, college credit, and opportunity to earn an extra bonus of $100.00 per semester.

Job Summary:
This Internship opportunity provides the ideal candidate the ability to work together as a team member to market the on-campus relations of TMS. The Intern requires a strong understanding of the college system and community and possesses the ability to develop and implement marketing plans that present ways to effectively promote and disseminate the TMS platform advantages to faculty members, departmental heads, advisors, educators and students groups. This opportunity presents a fun and fulfilling way to gain experience in marketing and promotion, as well as exposure to managing your own entrepreneurial endeavor, with all the support from a successful and highly sought after service – a true resume builder, a chance to earn extra money, as well as opportunity for learning along the way, each week, with our ‘Real Life 101’ education series.

• The Campus Intern position will require approximately 3-5 hours commitment per week.
• This position plays a key role in TMS community outreach efforts.
• Interns will research, coordinate and implement strategic marketing strategies with TMS.
• Interns will attend designated classes and request professors’ approval to make quick announcements about TMS, or present to the classes.
• Interns will be asked to make contact, attend and present the TMS value proposition at student organizations meetings.
• Interns will attend weekly meetings with TMS Management to communicate successes.
• Interns will be expected to promote TMS and his/her activities regularly through social media including Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and more.

Educational and Skills Requirements:
• Currently enrolled: Preferably a student in sophomore or junior standing.
• Someone who is involved in the college community and enjoys social interaction.
• Some practical knowledge of software and application experience: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Must have effective communication skills
• Must maintain a professional online identity
• Must be Organized and Timely
• Must be a Team Player and Ready to Learn
