Need a Photographer? Consider This! My wife and I were in the market to buy a home for several months two separate seasons in 2007 and again in 2010. The one thing that kept us from visiting many other homes were the photographs online used to displace/present the homes. I worked for a company that specialized in Construction Documentation photography. As a Photographer, I traveled to construction sites throughout the southeast taking hundreds of pictures of every detail of new construction and add-ons to pre-existing properties. We would then take these and judge them on image clearness, depth perception, correct angles, and proper lighting. Afterwards, we would upload them on the computer and download to website for client viewing. This was all done using the Nikon D-200 camera.
As an agent, your time is valuable, meeting the needs of clients, researching property data, setting up walk thrus, and open houses. Why add the pressure of taking photos when you have someone to do it for you at a reasonable price?
I charge $10 for exterior and $13 for interior. You can choose the photos you feel best represent your property. There is a reasonable, minimum requirement, and you can choose from a large number of photos that I take on site at no charge to you for those you do not use or like. Videos are also an option(ask for details)! This is honestly a small price to pay for quality photos to advertise properties that creates your revenue.
