Summer Time Coaching/Counseling Group sessions will be held everyday: Mo- Fri 5:30pm - 6:30pm, starting Monday June 27 through Friday August 26, 2011.
Group 1: - "Let's Get Stared -
Creating New Patterns in Your Life"
Monday - Friday:
Cost: $99 per months (4-one hour sessions in a Group)
Are you experiencing problems with issues such as: goal setting/getting, time management, connecting with and trusting people, relationships? Do you feel not loved/liked, self-pity, or being lonely? If you said yes to any of these issues, group coaching/counseling session may be appropriate for you!

Group 2: - 100-Day Challenge - Let's Do It !!!
Saturdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Cost: $99 per months (4 - one hour sessions in a Group)

I'm inviting you to make a commitment to yourself to take a firm step in the direction toward making your day-to-day life joyful, prosperous, and successful by signing up for the Hundred-day challenge. You'll identify what results you want to achieve, what blocks are preventing you from achieving your goals, and what behavior modification and habit change have to take place to ensure better results. In the 100 days with the right attitude and winning behavior you'll define, set, and achieve your goals.

Group 3: - Yoga for Happy Kids for Parents w/ or w/o kids
Sat & Sun: 10:30am - 11:30am
Cost: $80 per months (4-one hour sessions in a Group)

The redeemed lightness of being enhances their overall life style. They become more conscious, more aware, and more mindful. Regular Yoga practice and its nutrition guidelines naturally establish healthy eating habits. Obesity, Type II diabetes, and other by-products of unhealthy lifestyle will gradually subside.
