I am an AFAA certified female personal trainer who has experience training a variety of individuals according to their specific health and fitness goals. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Nutrition. I will provide a variety of safe and challenging cardiovascular and strength training exercises within your workouts to keep you motivated and have you feeling your best!

If you live in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary area, I would be happy to train you either in the comfort of your own home, or outside at Lake Johnson (in Raleigh). Please contact me to begin your fitness journey! I first require each client to fill out a health history form in order to safely assess your current health and fitness status and to better understand your fitness goals (this will be sent via email prior to the initial visit). Your first session will include a basic fitness assessment, measurements, and review of your personal goals. From there, we will get started on achieving your wellness goals!
