DWW Real Estate Acquisitions is a privately owned start up company that will be dealing in the acquisition of real estate foreclosure properties. As well as optaining tax lien certificates as a secondairy investment strategy. DWW Real Estate Acquisitions will use all funds acquired from the right financial backers to purchase foreclosure properties we believe can be fliped with in a reasonable amount of time. (Meaning no more than three months). As well as optaining positive looking tax lien certificates for the purpose of creating a positive cash flow income stream.
We believe that with the right financial backing we can succeed in both investment strategies and produce positive returns for our financial backers on all investments we pursue. DWW Real Estate Acquisitions will return the total amount of your investment with up to 8% interest but not more than a total of 12% interest on the total funds made avilable to DWW Real Estate Acquisitions for the purpose of making real estate deals and or acquiring tax lien certificates. All investment amounts and interest will be returned to the financial backers in one lump sum when the properties invested in are sold.
