Established real estate development company is seeking a senior level Executive Assistant to support its principals and executives. The successful candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and dealing with a large diversity of subjects (administrative, sales, construction, contracts, correspondence, phones), have the ability to handle many and varying responsibilities and tasks in a timely manner, possess strong interpersonal skills, have excellent verbal and writing abilities, be accurate and detail oriented, and self motivated. This position will also include significant administrative, scheduling and clerical responsibilities, and interfacing with both a significant number of internal and external audiences and also serves as the front office representative.
Minimum Requirements: 10-15 years support of senior executives. Must be Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Windows 7. Superior communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to draft correspondence, reports and schedules; shorthand a plus. Manage and track busy calendars and handle a large volume of follow-up.
Hours: Full-Time (40hrs/wk) – overtime as required
Background Preference: Executive Assistant with legal and construction industry experience.
Minimum Education: High school equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
