Efficient Frontier’s Associate Account Manager is responsible for leading and directing resources responsible for strategic development and day-to-day management and optimization of our clients’ search programs, with the main goal of driving our clients’ business/ROI goals. The Associate Account Manager should be creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.
Core Responsibilities • Act as the primary point-of-contact for the client • Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns • Drive strategic program development • Develop program summary/analysis • Drive resources and provide client recommendations to include: search engine marketing, creative, and analytics • Define clients’ business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue • Provide leadership in the development of client strategies and presentations • Contribute to company initiatives, processes and roll-outs
Minimum Job Qualifications • BA/BS required and 1-3 years client services experience managing accounts • Background in keyword search marketing campaign development • Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results • Highly organized and analytical • Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working in a start-up environment
