Craft-e-Corner a growing e-commerce retail business is looking for a reliable, detail/task oriented, technology skilled, problem solving individual to provide telephone and e-mail customer service for our online company.
Our Customer Service Associate is primarily responsible for: - Communicating with customers via (phone and e-mail) to resolve questions and concerns, take phone orders or any issue related to their purchase. - Additional administrative tasks and projects to support for online retail business.
Requirements include: • Proven TECHNICAL computer skills with Internet Explorer, G-mail and Online Buying sites • Ability to handle many details with a high level of accuracy • Excellent communication and organizational skills - Genuine desire to help others • Responsibility, dependability and integrity • Problem solving skills to identify the situation and have the ability to search and find plausible solutions • Willing to work in a flexible, highly active work environment
Expected attributes: • Understanding of online shopping experience and competitive e-commerce environment • Committed employee for long term work relationship
This position’s hours are typically Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm range with a total of 40 hours per week depending on business needs. The hours have the opportunity to increase as the business transitions into the retail season November through January.
