I can help you to set and reach any and all of your basketball goals you may have for yourself.
Basketball is my first love! I have been playing basketball for the past 15 years, and have played at a Division IAA University. I also have experience as a referee or the past 2 years.
Working with me I am focused on improvement and having fun with the game. We will begin by making a list of your individual strengths and areas for improvement, as well as listing personal goals you would like to achieve from the experience. Video recording of sessions is also an option, to allow one to visually note their improvements over time.
Skills that we can work on include, but are not limited to:
- rebounding/boxing out - Triple threat/ball handling - Footwork - shooting technique - Moves to the basketball - moving without the basketball - Defensive techniques - passing - understanding the game/philosophy - Etc
As a female ball player, my specialty is working with young women; although, I am willing to work with both males and females and have a very flexible schedule to meet your needs. I have transportation, and am willing to come to where you are located. I work with all ages, abilities, and skill levels. Personal training/weightlifting coaching also available.
$30/hr (small group discount available) *discounted trial session to begin - $15/hr
