Job Summary:
Provides service to agents by contacting prospective clients to schedule appointments. Distributes incoming calls to request employee or department.

Essential Job Functions:
Makes outbound telephone calls to prospects clients to set appointments for new and existing agents. Answers inbound telephone calls from agents, customers and other internal and external parties. Routes calls to proper party. Communicates with the agent by telephone when needed. Performs other functions as assigned.

Physical Actions:
Besides some sedentary work, job duties require some or all of the following physical activities: Reaching, pulling, seeing, walking, speaking, hearing, standing, lifting up to 20lbs.

Physical Environment:
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.

Education Requirements:
High School diploma

Experience Requirements:
Above average phone skills

Special Skill Requirements:
Communicates effectively, written and verbal. Ability to solve problems and utilize keyboard. Handle stress, listens actively, team player, maintains profession image, demonstrates personal motivation, and applies technical knowledge and skills.
