One roomate and i have come into some really bad luck financially, so we're looking for 1-4 people (depending on if another roomate stays on or not) to sublet our townhouse Allendale.
The townhouse is in Campus View.
4 bedrooms with washer and dryer, stove and kitchen appliances, etc.
The lease is 9 months, from August 14 2010-May 2011 (i'll have an exact date upon request).
Campus View rules - it's very close to GVSU (within walking distance), the apartments are very nice (i have lived in one), and Campus View has a facility with a full sized gymnasium, workout equiptment, movie projector, and lots more.
If you sublet my spot personally, i'll pay for your first month's rent.
