I have a 10 year old 2 Sty Townhome ( endunit) here with appriximately 1,825 SF. The home has a Mother in Law unit which has it,s own entrance and is a 1 Bedroom Unit/Studio with it,s own kitchen. The Main unit has high ceilings in the livingroom as well as a Gas FP, 2 Bedr, 2 Bath, tile countertops and a single car Garage. For that price the return is almost 9% since the home is rented for $1,195. Or you can live in the main unit and rent the mother in Law unit for $450 - $600. Not a bad deal or situation for someone.
