JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Branding Shape-ups products at the same time representing our brand for Fitness Lifestyle during peak business hours. Primarily selling all types and styles of Shape-ups and Shape-ups related product to customers and meet and greet customers. ProStaff Representatives are required to represent the Shape-ups Brand by adhereing to all dress code and uniform requirements of the position in order to create a strong floor presence. Pro Staff Representatives must have energy, excitement, strong selling approach and be confident in communicating with customers in order to represent our brand for Fitness Lifestyle. It is a condition of employment that you are flexible with regard to hours and days worked and we may need to increase your hours or decrease your hours based on the needs of our business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Promote and Sell Shape-ups, put product in customer’s hands 2. Perform physical demonstrations of Shape-ups footwear in order to highlight the product’s features and benefits for customers 3. Circulate through store while distributing Shape-ups promotions and giveaways 4. Provide excellent customer service, meet and greet 5. Engage customer in conversation in order to explain Shape-ups features and benefits 6. Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales 7. Answers customer’s questions concerning merchandise 8. Must be available to work peak business hours (i.e., nights, weekends etc.)

EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION: • Minimum of one year of retail/customer service/sales experience. • Be able to engage and discuss Fitness techniques or work out strategies with customers. • Prefer prior work experience or education in fitness, sports medicine or physical education fields/industries • High School Diploma, or equivalent • Excellent customer service skills • Fitness/wellness oriented
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedures, and operating and maintenance instructions
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
BACKGROUND HISTORY: Must have a background report (i.e. Criminal, Credit, DMV, Social Security) conducted and approved by the Loss Prevention Department.
