First Institutional Baptist Church (FIBC) is searching for a Part-Time Multi-Media Ministry Facilitator who will assist the Senior Pastor and congregation in providing quality sound and audio visual support for THE WORSHIP CENTER/THE HOPE CENTER on the First Institutional Baptist Church Campus.

Principle Responsibilities:

Maintain and operate the Multi Media systems relating to THE WORSHIP CENTER/THE HOPE CENTER at all services.

Assist in developing good organization of equipment, supplies and library of sermons.

Develop and provide training to enhance the abilities of the production staff and volunteers involved in the sound systems and related task.

Aid in recommending and planning for system upgrade and enhancements.

Able to provide intelligent input when planning events that occur in THE WORSHIP CENTER/THE HOPE CENTER or off the campus.

Provide assistance in all sound system duties throughout the campus

Demonstrate an attitude of helpfulness to the production staff, volunteers and congregation.

Develop a media team, consisting of computer engineering, power point and sound personnel for each rehearsal of praise teams, choirs, drama teams, etc. as needed.

Recruit, train, schedule, encourage, and pray for volunteers that will serve in numerous multi-media roles.

Work with Worship Director or Ministries to develop programs and events as needed. Act as a staff liaison for event preparation.

Maintain proper supplies of all multi-media equipment.

Produce multi-media of weekend worship services and special events.

In conjunction with the Senior Pastor, monitor a website that is interactive, state-of-the-art, contains current FIBC ministerial and activity information, linkages to selected sister churchesí websites, and a archive of sermons in Power Point.
