Here's a beautiful blue Zircon I made into a ring. A lot of people when they hear Zircon they think of Cubic Zirconia. Zircon is a natural gemstone mined from the earth; cubic zirconia is a man-made diamond. Before they started making all these different types of synthetic diamonds, they used Zircon for a diamond substitute. Most of the time if you set a natural diamond and a zircon in front of an everyday person they couldn't pick out the diamond from the zircon. This zircon is a 2.25 carat cut in the oval shape, measurements are: 6.0 x 8.0 mm, the clarity is: VS2. Zircon is a 6.5 to 7.5 on the Moh's hardness scale, double refractive with a 2.01 on the refractive index, this color is called starlight blue, has no windows, zoning or streaking. Origin: Cambodia. The zircon is set 14kt white gold in a size 6.5 which can be resized. If you have wanted a blue diamond but like most of us Americanís just can't afford it for some reason or another here is a beautiful Zircon which everybody would think it's a diamond unless you tell. We have 1000's of gemstones from around the world and we also make custom design jewelry. Thank you for looking through my site. I will accept any reasonable offer.
