Job Description:

The Web & Online Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for driving the design and development of our corporate website through continuous innovation to educate and inform our Web visitors, improve SEO/SEM and successfully brand. The Web & Online Marketing Manager will lead the online presence and support strategic marketing objectives.


• Drive design, development, day to day operations and usability of our corporate website, including optimization for SEO
• Co-manage SEO/SEM programs with expert understanding of search strategies and best practices to increase demand generation and brand awareness
• Co-manage Our client’s social media presence via Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, blogs, forums, etc.
• Develop and manage reporting and ROI metrics for web programs, including site performance, traffic analysis, etc.
• Support email marketing / marketing automation programs as necessary
• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
• 5 plus years of experience in online marketing and website development
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP
• Strong analytical background with web analytics and the ability to identify trends and interpret data; Experience with Google Analytics is desired
• Proven ability to develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies
• Experience developing social media presence via Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Forums, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities specific to interactive marketing programs.
• Self motivated with a high level of urgency and initiative around execution
• Analytical and comfortable crunching numbers and driving decisions based on data
• Knowledge of salesforce and marketing automation processes a plus
