Newly designed and built, large open kitchen with dinning area. Newly designed and built 2nd BDRM with double French door closet. Newly replaced insulated front door with built-in window horizontal blinds. Newly installed furnace, only 3 years old. Master BDRM bathroom has a large whirlpool jet tub. Good size front deck. Put in new ceiling fan in kitchen, and new vent fan in bathroom. Newly installed kitchen linolium flooring New/Used installed carpet With materials and labor, I have invested over $4,000 into remodeling within the past 3 years. I estimated that it would take 3 people less than one week to completely finish remodeling. I allready have some of the materials needed. This was originally built in 1984. The basic frames and structure are the same now as was then. The only difference is internal design and the new matierials used, but with mine having almost everything being completely rebuilt from 2008 to 2010, this is like buying a newly used model that just needs some finnishing touches. lot rent is $295 mo I am asking for $5,000. 309 633-0924 309 868-2443
Hello, Garbage pickup is included in with the lot rent, but water is not. On the average, lot rent with water comes to be about $325. per month. The park does allow pets, there are quite a few dogs and cats here, but I have no idea about breed restrictions on dogs. We had a cat. Front foyer/Hallway --- completely rebuilt with all new matierials. needs trim put up and your choice of paint. Kitchen --- completely re-designed and rebuilt with all new matierials. The upper cabinets have not been installed yet, but they are here and just screw in. I have not put up any trim in the kitchen. I took out the back door and was planning on moving it down about 7 feet so that it would not be in the way of the new cabinets. The wall where the door was just needs a 4x8 piece of tile board to match the opposite side (washable backsplash), and the new back door needs to be installed. Living RM --- completely rebuilt with all new matierials, just needs, painting what ever color you like, some trim put up (the rest of the trim is here), needs a floor threshold piece between living room and kitchen (does not cost too much and just screws in) Main Bathroom --- Completely re-designed, rebuilt and finished with all new matierials. 2nd Bedroom --- completely re-designed, rebuilt with all new matierials, just needs painting what ever color you like, putting up the trim, and installing closet pole and a shelf. Master Bedroom --- needs a door, some flooring replaced (I have some materials here), and needs some carpet. Master Bath --- this room is fine as is, but I personally would change some things, such as upgrading the sink and cabinet, maybe a better floor pattern, it is basically what ever your personal taste is. Everything that basically needs to be done is minor except for the back door of course, but everything is quite easy to do.
