Fully Furnished Home With Reliable Car-- a perfect get away-- 70K
2 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 small kitchen, and a dining room and living room of medium size separated by French doors. 1000sq ft. An unfinished basement adds about 1000 extra sq ft. Nearby cross streets include Fairview and Catalpa in Dayton, OH.
This could be a home away from home, or it could be the start of your own new beginnings and mine if I actually manage to sell my house on Craig’s List. I believe nothing in life is really owned, it’s only rented. Once I know you are genuinely interested, I will need a bit of time to get a realtor so we can do this officially.
WILL ACCEPT NICE, SEDAN OR SMALL CAR AS BARTER.
All furnishings were purchased within a couple (2) months of 01 January 2010. All of the following would be yours with the purchase of the house: washer, dryer, refrigerator, electric stovetop range, a 10-year and a 5-year firm Sertapedic fully dressed with comforter sets, one bed frame one night stand and one dresser with a mirror all matching and all wood, LCD hanging from the wall, couch, sofa and ½, 2 glass end tables, extending wooden dining table with 8 chairs. Lithium battery weed whacker, shovel, plastic and metal rakes, sheers. Various minor appliances, pots and pans, etc.
The car to be included is the most reliable car on earth-- a 1994 Honda. Only thing I ever really had a problem with was the computer chip. Regular oil changes. Could use some detailing.
What is the house like: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, unfinished basement. Wooden floors, lots of windows, large bathroom with iron tub, small kitchen, driveway alongside the house with the bedrooms, extremely large back yard only partially fenced in, large porch, ugly tree out front for privacy.
What the neighborhood is like: Church a stone’s throw away from the house. …And a drive-thru liquor store right across from it… This is a good black neighborhood where people are neighborly or they’ll just leave you be. I am not discriminating against anyone who wants to purchase the home.
Location: Walking distance from a church, liquor store, bakery shop, community pool, auto shop, local library, hospital and fire station (though you don‘t hear many sirens at all). Less than 4 miles from a grocery store, a Walmart, Best Buy, Kmart, and Home Depot. 5 minutes away from being connected with a freeway.
Remodeling: The people before me took excellent care of the home. New water heater, new electrical box, replaced knob and tube wiring, new sub pump. Then I had the roof fixed, the ceiling, refinishing the flooring, recarpeting, and fixing several water pipes that had burst over the winter.
The final issue is small and I am going to pass it to you. The house needs trenches dug around it and filled with gravel so that water can be directed out into the street. Currently it is harming the integrity of the basement-- not to say that water streams in. It’s droplet by droplet.
Why so honest: You’ll take it as it is or you won’t. I really don’t care about selling it for a few more years, but I can move on easily. If you are interested, give me a call: 623 261 4158 or shoot me an e-mail: salemcatalpa at yahoo.
