The part-time Co-Facilitator is responsible for one to one conferences with participants in a transitional and psychosocial program. In addition to one to one conferences, the Co-Facilitator also assists the Facilitator with class/groups involved in a transitional living and psychosocial curriculum. This position also includes phone contacts, connection with families and significant others. In addition, the Co-SKILLS Facilitator is also responsible for gathering and maintaining needed documents for case management record and other program related tasks.
Co-Facilitator’s Qualifications: • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree from an accredited school of social work, and two years of social work or family counseling experience; or,
• Four year degree in a human service field, and two years of social work or family counseling; or
• Four year degree from a college or university, and four years of experience in family counseling, pastoral counseling, or a related human service field providing experience the technique of casework or group work; or
• An equivalent combination of training and experience.
* This position is subcontracted and requires proof of general liability, workers compensation and auto insurance. If not already obtained, must be able to obtain the aforementioned insurances within 10 days of hire.
Must be willing to background check and possible drug screen
