Job Duties: *Quickbooks experience is a MUST. *Basic Real Estate knowledge. *Administrative duties. *Maintenance of daily ledger. *Schedule meetings. *Filing. *Mail out current and past due statements, monthly. *Keep track of past due accounts. *Assist administration with billing, purchasing, and other assigned duties.
Skills needed: *MUST know Quickbooks. *Real Estate experience. *Familiar with real estate investing. *Needs to have excellent organizational skills. *Needs to have great phone/people skills
Program Knowledge: *Quickbooks knowledge is a MUST. * MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.) *Type 40 WPM
