Looking for an extraordinary person to provide high-level operational support for a busy multi-tasking executive in a psychology firm. Must have excellent people skills, be self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented.
The successful candidate will screen clients and run the back office of a psychology firm including scheduling, day-to-day management of workflow, systems, database, calendar and client contact. Regular tasks include receiving clients, conducting preliminary intake interviews (for which training will be provided), managing and providing organizational support to busy chief executive. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, with room for growth and advancement.
Great organizational skills a MUST. Background in psychology, Masters level preferred. Bachelor's degree and working toward Masters degree acceptable if the right person. Payscale commensurate with experience: ranges from $29950-$34500, with opportunities for salary and other advancement.
