Responsibilities of Position:
Partners with Store Manager-Training or Store Manager Sales/Training to identify training needs and plan scheduled training classes, preparation time
and follow up time for the training. Maintains the training resource grid to track completed training.
Follows up with the store staff to ensure training is put into action. Takes advantage of coaching opportunities to provide customized training to
help employees improve their specific selling skills. Creates a plan for employees who require additional training or follow up after scheduled
training classes.
Provides regular feedback to the Store Managers during the daily touch base specifically related to training, follow up and coaching opportunities.
Works with elfa designers by observing their selling and design process and provides feedback on areas that need improvement. Reviews elfa designs to
coach improved quality and accuracy..
Possesses solid presentation and coaching skills. Is able to speak confidently and comfortably before groups of varying sizes and can adapt their
delivery according to the needs of the audience.
Provides support to the Visual Sales efforts in the store by actively participating in the maintenance of the store and communicates the importance of
Visual Sales to the entire staff.
Maintains a safe working and shopping environment, utilizing all available resources, ensuring safety and security of the employees and property.
Checks voicemail and email at least two times per day and ensures staff is also committed to timely communication.
May be asked to travel and deliver new store training as necessary.

Experience Required:
5+ to 7 years of experience
Sales Training experience

Specific Skills Required:
Clear vision at 20 feet or more
Ability to identify and distinguish colors
Three dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships

They understand our sales goals and hold himself/herself and staff accountable for achieving those goals. His/her primary responsibility is to
prepare for and deliver sales, product and store systems training. To reinforce the training efforts, the Sales Trainer partners with the Store
Manager-Training or Store Manager Sales/Training to ensure continuous evaluation and coaching of the staff's skills. This position is a full-time
salaried non-exempt role or full-time hourly role and reports to the Store Manager-Training or Store Manager Sales/Training. Additional
responsibilities include:
