Responsibilities of Position:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Top level administrative duties including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling a high volume of meetings and appointments, managing an
ever-changing business/personal Outlook calendar for the CEO and managing complex schedules.
- Manage, greet and escort visitors as necessary.
- With an understanding of business protocols associated with CEO's clients and business associates, effectively interact with senior political and
military leaders, SRA Board members and their executive assistants while representing the office of the CEO and President. Schedule meetings
accordingly and utilize sound judgment in understanding the roles of the above mentioned constituents.
- Multi-task extensively throughout each day and utilize project management skills to plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site Executive
Leadership meetings and functions.
- Handle arrangements for all CEO sponsored functions for both personal and professional events.
- Travel as necessary to other offices in the Washington/Baltimore metro area as well as overnight travel as needed. This includes monthly management
meeting and annual leadership meetings.
- Handle multiple requests for time on CEO's calendar and utilize strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalating as necessary for
resolution and/or prioritization.
- Create and distribute monthly Management Operating Review meeting agenda for senior leadership meetings.
- Draft and/or proof-read documents and presentations as needed utilizing a strong command of proper business writing and grammar.
- Manage documents effectively from and to various software programs demonstrating a comfort level with various technologies and/or seek to learn
technologies as necessary.

Experience Required:
Qualified candidates must have prior CEO experience at a LARGE company
15 Years of solid CEO support experience
Absolutely no Job hoppers, particularly over the past 6 years.

Specific Skills Required:
Must be proficient in MS Office particularly Powerpoint and Word and very comfortable with scheduling in Outlook

Education Required:
Associate's Degree or higher

Position Report to CEO.

Will not consider someone who meets most but not all requirements.
