** We have opened up the focus to anyone in the area with good consultative sales of intangibles. They have had someone in radio ad sales work out
really well and other non printing related sales will work as long as it is an intangible sale (not equipment or hard goods) and consultative.

The position of outside sales representative involves very heavy prospecting. They sell pressure sensitive labels/solutions to the durable goods
market. We need someone who can do consultative selling similar to the sale in printing or a related industry such as packaging/folding cartons that
have a long sale cycle of 18 months. They must be able to multi task as given the long sale cycle they have to be able to have many projects going at
a time. Since they are selling a more technical solution, the person needs to have the ability to handle a technical application and be good at
listening to uncover the issues so that the inside technical staff can recommend solutions.

Compensation is a base plus commissions based on their ability to close business. Candidate must be a good closer of the prospects they identify as
new customers. They pay a commission of 4% on sales so someone who can work very hard and hit the ground running can see a slight increase in
compensation in perhaps 9 to 12 months but given the long sale cycle, it takes 18 months to really reach beyond the base.

They have a travel expense reimbursement and basic car allowance. The candidate must be able to cover at least an entire state, possibly two states
so travel will be 50%.

Territories are North Carolina - The person needs to be in the center of the state around perhaps Greensboro so they can travel out in all directions
going into southern Virginia. The other territory is South Carolina and ideally we would have someone who would be in perhaps the Greenville area.

Bottom Line
Consultative selling experience in intangibles (could be printing, advertising, other consultative selling - not equipment or tangible products).
Current or very recent sales experience involving a lot of prospecting.
In NC or SC now.
Ability to handle travel of 50% including overnight travel.
