Local Commercial and Residential Flooring and Installation Company is seeking sales and management applicants.
The position of Flooring Sales Associate is a COMMISSION position that target between $42,000-$52,000 annually, Flooring Sales manager has a target of $60,000-$75,000 however, YOU determine your earnings based on your own sales ability. We offer a VERY lucrative commission program exceeding the industry standard by far so the sky is the limit.

Education/Experience requirements for Flooring Sales Positions:
• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years retail and/or wholesale flooring sales experience
• Must be able to accurately measure and estimate jobs
• 2-3 years outside sales experience preferred
• May require evenings and weekends
• Professional, neat, clean-cut appearance
• Commercial and residential flooring knowledge preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• All positions require acceptable criminal background check, and acceptable work history.

Add’l Requirements
• All sales managers and associates must have an in-depth knowledge of all product sold
• Meet required sales and margin standards and always acts in an ethical manner
• Outstanding sales and client service performance to required standards
• Follows good selling practices: approach, qualify, recommend and close
• Self motivated, eager to develop management skills and train new reps
• Continually develops an in-depth product knowledge and is able to assist potential clients in meeting their product requirements
• Builds client/guest base through leads and follow through
• Maintains merchandise (cleaning, signing, pricing and replenishment)in assigned areas
• Recommends the right products and services for each customer
• Has outstanding follow through to successful client satisfaction
• Is an active participant in competitive shopping process
• Adhere to company’s' code of ethics
• Always represents the company by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
• Exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment
• Miscellaneous duties as requested by senior management
