Leominster Meditation Group has been one of Leominster's best kept secrets for the past 2 years. But, thanks to the support and appreciation of its avid members (like me), word about the group is spreading fast. It is our hope to grow, spread, and share the joy of meditation with others by raising public awareness about this FREE guided group meditation. The group was formed by Leominster native, and clinical psychologist Dr. Paul Bail, who is graciously giving back to his community, the valuable techniques he's acquired from some leading meditation practitioners and gurus. In a gracious attempt to pay-it-forward, Dr. Bail is passing the proverbial torch, if you will, onto everyone who wishes to receive the gift of meditation. The group is rich with diversity, as we welcome individuals from all walks of life. Yet, we all share one common bond, and that's our genuine appreciation of meditation. Together, we take a journey into a state of blissful relaxation that is achieved through simple breathing techniques that ANYONE can achieve. The calm of the room, the soothing direction of Dr. Bail's voice, the positive collective energy felt throughout the room is a sensation that words can not convey.
