ARDEX and W.W. Henry are global leaders in the development, manufacturing and distribution of high-performance specialty cements, adhesives and building products for substrate preparation, floor covering installations, wall finishing and exterior concrete repair for commercial and residential applications. We are currently looking to fill the position of:

Executive Assistant in our Center Township, PA location

The executive assistant position is responsible for providing a wide array of administrative support to and on behalf of the EVP & GM of W.W. Henry, and other members of the Ardex and W.W. Henry management team. This person exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. The position demands an individual who is highly motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task. Individuals must be able to handle confidential information discreetly and work under pressure. Due to the nature of this position, requests and duties may change frequently.

Primary Direct report to EVP/GM, WWH. Dotted line reporting to Director of Marketing. Also supports Market Segment manager(s) and WWH National Accounts Manager. Adjunct support to other managers as needed.

Job Output/Responsibilities/Key Processes
Provide a high-level of administrative support to the Vice President/GM and several other management personnel
Manage inter-departmental communication and coordinates communication to and from the Executive Office
Manage all documents and records including incoming and outgoing communication
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Maintain extensive calendar in Outlook.
Maintain an organized system of tracking, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and projects
Prepare reports, agendas, minutes and presentations for meetings
Assist with special projects, staff training and other general office tasks
Anticipates problems, critical issues and opportunities as they arise and advises the Vice President/GM accordingly
Project management to include meeting minutes, development of action steps, agendas, timelines, reminders and follow up
Create and coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc.)
Work closely with administrative assistants to build a cohesive team while exhibiting leadership qualities
At the request of the VP/GM, directs work to management personnel and follows up to ensure timely completion of assigned objectives
Handles sensitive issues that require confidentiality
Research as part of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Merger & Acquisition support.
Management of purchases
Act as backup support for other executive assistants
Answer telephone, take messages, prioritize and route calls
Create presentations for various projects and meetings
Assist (with other executive assistants) in maintaining and supplying the office kitchen

Skills/Attributes Required
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting a Vice President/GM or Executive Officer of a company
Ability to self-start, work independently, is innovative, exercises independent judgment and exhibits flexibility and creativity.
Able to achieve high standards to meet multiple deadlines, set priorities and adapt to rapidly changing situations
Demonstrates ability to meet commitments in a timely manner while staying focused under pressure
Excellent communicator, including writing, speaking, editing and proofreading with great attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
Strong organizational and document management skills
Must have apparent credibility and integrity and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively with staff in a team-oriented environment while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism, business judgment, tact and diplomacy
Flexible, ability to react quickly to changing circumstances
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Education/Experience Required
 Associates Degree or equivalent experience of five or more years experience providing executive level support
