Suite 1901 is a growing high end dining establishment, specializing in infused martinis and tapas. Tapas are small bites made to whet the appetite individually, but combine these tapas and you have a tasty, filling meal. At Suite 1901 we enjoy them as a dinner.
We are a Chef driven company that is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to maintain our food quality and kitchen standards. Our candidates must have a demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with Team Members and Guests alike. This is a challenging positing in a great atmosphere.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
1. Culinary Art degree or equivalent experience
2. Two years of experience in full-service restaurant cooking
3. Knowledge of and ability to conform to Food Services sanitation practices
4. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
5. Demonstrate willingness to be a team player
6. Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability
7. Must pass background check
