Key responsibilities for this position include:
•Monitor and ensure timely and accurate completion of data reporting deliverables, using data reporting tools, such as PATRIOT, the CMS provided Data Submission Template, and data tracking tools such as the internal Prevention Data database.
•Assist with recruitment and ongoing assessment of participating providers.
•Assist with implementation and development of care management projects and tracks progress of providers, and serves as a primary point of contact in assisting providers with technical issues associated with these improvement projects.
•Serve as the QNET Administrator for the QIO, and as backup Security Point of Contact (SPOC).
•Engage as an active member of QIO and Theme teams, listening, sharing, and supporting the efforts of others. Routinely provide useful ideas when participating in team discussion, actively look for and suggest solutions to problems, and use time wisely to meet deadlines providing the highest quality of work.
•Demonstrate knowledge of quality improvement skills as it applies to assigned Themes and/or position. Assist providers in identifying trends, and prioritize and recommend improvements.
•Clearly shows an understanding of theme-specific CMS QIO contract and QIO Manual requirements. Recommends improvements to internal processes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, management information systems, informatics, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
•Prefer at least three years of electronic health record (EHR) implementation experience in physician office or hospital settings.
•Must have strong customer service background with an ability to communicate effectively across various technical skill levels within the health care industry.
•Knowledge of, HTML, Structured Query Language (SQL) and an understanding of how to interpret reports.
•Must be a team player with creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
