The Program needs a Test Engineer that can design, develop and document test plans and procedures for execution of tests, demonstrations, analysis and inspections that system Users (customer based) will execute against. These plans and procedures will provide proof that the installed applications and enterprise connections will function as expected and that the testing process can be used to provide the customer full mission and functional confidence.
The Test Engineer needs to be able to understand and synthesize tests from user scenarios, desktop, component and subsystem understanding, the integration of design concepts, quality assurance, configuration management, asset management and tracking, and IV&V testing. All of which yields both comprehensive and efficient test strategies and documentation.
