You should swing by and see it. The landscape around here is the best part ever. I live in the house, with three dogs. My two kids just moved away to college in SC last year. ..
Shed is large, 20X20, could easily house two horses. Or toys.
Kitchen- Large and very roomy. Some cabinets have been replaced, need a few more cabinets .There is other electrical stations to use in the kitchen that are up and running...everything is in working and usable, except for a few plugs in the kitchen and one in the upstairs hallway. The kitchen is wired, and being used but haven't gotten around to plugging one of the runs into the box in the basement to complete the wiring process in the kitchen for extra stations. Bright kitchen with two entry doors and two new windows. Very airy.
Bedrooms-When finished, 4/5 bedrooms total. 2.5 bedrooms already being lived in. There are very large 2 bedrooms already finished on the second floor, with new dark hunter green carpet as well as new windows in all both bedrooms. Small crib room, office? dog room? on the first floor finished in pine with washer dryer hookups. Two bedrooms on the third floor are not finished yet. Prep work is finished and ready to begin bedrooms. Clean area to work in. One bedroom up there on the third floor has electrically wired in and running..
Bathrooms work, and are being used, but need finishing touches..One full bathroom on each the 1st and 2nd floor. Both floors have laundry hookups and dryer electric. New sheet rock and painted.
Stairwell-There is a stairwell and small room that is pined out.
Living room-large with four huge brand new windows. View of stream from room on side of house. Sheet rock is done and painted light green to go with the dark hunter green carpet. New heat thermostat installed last winter.
Porch- small but holds a picnic table and grill comfortably.
Saying that,... you could live here a long time before putting any finishing touches on the house. You would need a lawn tractor and snow blower. During the winter, it is really pretty with the frozen creek and waterfalls. It turns the water on the creek and waterfalls blue...pretty. Also great, cheap taxes.
Very active winter activities as the snowmobile club could be walked to from the house. Very inexpensive house to live in. My biggest bill is the cable. Lol..Gotta have cable. 2 miles to the RT 90. Let me know if you are still interested. Bunnies live in the back yard and the babies every spring are cool to watch from the kitchen window. Anyway if you wanna come by and see it, let me know and i will give you directions.
