We are a privately held company with operations throughout the United States and overseas. We have an opening for a General Accountant/Office Manager at our headquarters location in Baltimore.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual who wants to be a positive contributor to our organization.

Basic Requirements:
Solid knowledge of accounting
Prefer an AA or BS in Accounting
Experience with Peachtree Accounting or Quick Books software
Above average PC skills (email, excel, PowerPoint)

Full responsibility for all accounting activities
o Customer Billing
o Accounts Receivable
o Accounts Payable
o Bank Reconciliations
o General Ledger Journal Entries
o Financial Reporting
Inventory Management
o Baltimore warehouse
o Remote locations
Maintain bill of materials and pricing schedules
o Issue and track Purchase Orders
Assist in preparation of bi-weekly payroll
Maintain personnel files
Coordinate employee health coverage activities
Frequent contact with customers and vendors
Answer phones

$35,000 - $41,000 DOE
