Basic Requirements: • Solid knowledge of accounting • Prefer an AA or BS in Accounting • Experience with Peachtree Accounting or Quick Books software • Above average PC skills (email, excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for all accounting activities o Customer Billing o Accounts Receivable o Accounts Payable o Bank Reconciliations o General Ledger Journal Entries o Financial Reporting • Inventory Management o Baltimore warehouse o Remote locations • Maintain bill of materials and pricing schedules o Issue and track Purchase Orders • Assist in preparation of bi-weekly payroll • Maintain personnel files • Coordinate employee health coverage activities • Frequent contact with customers and vendors • Answer phones
