Pil-oga-robic is a revolutionary one hour workout combining pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training. It is a fun way to get in the best shape of your life as well as the most balanced butt-kicking bang for your buck!!! Classes are scheduled into 4 week cycles to optomize your fitness results. The first 4 week cycle will begin in June.
Schedule: June 7 to July 3 at Crossfit Sierra Nevada Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30p.m. Saturdays from 10 to 11a.m.
June 8 to July 3 at Mira Loma Park Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30p.m. Saturdays from 8 to 9 a.m.
Prices: $120 for 2 times a week for 4 weeks = $15/class $150 for 3 times a week for 4 weeks = $12/class Drop in classes: $20/class FIRST CLASS IS FREE!!!
