Jonathan Rose has been training people of all ages for 18 years. He has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and is certified by N.A.S.M. He has worked in cardiac rehab as well as rehab clinics alongside physical therapists.
He is able to work with the average person who wants to: lose weight, get in shape, get stronger and leaner, fit into their clothes better, etc..
He is also able to work with people who have issues with their: back, knee, hip, shoulders by designing a safe workout that won't hurt those areas and could possibly help.
