Description: Jumpstart your fitness and rejuvenate yourself with a new kind of bootcamp. Trade the screaming and yelling for laughter, sweat and smiles as you build core strength, tone, and burn off those extra pounds. Class structure: 1. Dynamic Warm-Up 2. Cardio circuit – get your heart pumping and your feet moving. 3. Strength circuit – functional exercises using whole body movements challenge your strength but also improve balance, coordination and functional fitness. 4. Core workout – the core is the center of all movement. Core strength improves your whole body fitness and efficiency in other sports/activities. It also improves posture and can help reduce lower back pain. 5. Stretch AND Learn: ask those nagging questions on nutrition, rest and recovery, and exercise while you stretch This is your opportunity to get the answers you need to be successful.
