The tutoring involves talking over the phone, and using the internet to provide visual content. The technique is very effective...it's almost like an in-person session!!! My tutoriing sessions maintain "B" averages for all the students I have tutored in the past. In order to receive an "A" for a class, plenty of hours and hard work on your side will have to be well established.
My credentials are as follows: Over 3 years of tutoring experience in organic chemistry, general chemistry, calculus, algebra, trigonometry, physics, and biology. In addition, I can tutor almost all subjects from middle school to college, and proofread your essay. I graduated in December 2008 at Georgia State University (GSU) w/ a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. My GPA is a 3.84 and my awards/honors at GSU include: Magna Cum Laude, President's List, Faculty Scholar, Dean's Scholarship Key, and Dean's List. (If needed, an official transcript can be provided. Please note: GSU requires a $5 fee for transcripts to be sent directly to your address. You can mail your $5 directly to GSU, and the registrar's office will send the transcript to you.)
Prices range from $12 - $22 an hour, depending on the subject. (Sample problems can be emailed.) This is how it works: tutoring occurs over the phone and/or internet for 15 min. If you want to continue, you will be charged. Afterwards, you may send a money order to my address, or you can pay via "PayPal," which is free! It is important to note that your second session will not begin until the funds are received.
Tutoring can take place over the phone and internet, or in person if needed. To set up an appointment, please message me. Thank you.
