We are looking for Processing Support Associates to join our Processing Services team in Rocky Hill, CT.
This position handles all details relating to closing fulfillment.
The successful candidate will possess: • 1-3 years previous mortgage or banking experience or equivalent work experience.
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• A willingness to perform other duties, as required.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including possible Saturdays and/or Sundays. Department schedule consists of rotating shifts that fall Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
To be qualified, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: • Facilitate the ordering and receipt of third party vendor and various mortgage documents such as appraisal, title, sales contracts, payoffs and homeowner’s insurance. • Assist the closing department and Closing Supervisor as needed with updating daily closing logs, following up on files sent to closing without essential items, and other tasks as warranted.
• Answer routine questions regarding the work process.
• Must be able to meet established minimum daily expectations for this position.
• Available to work extra hours as determined by management.
