The people selected will work closely with our entire sales management staff to identify, do initial phone, face-to-face interviews, screen and set up final interviews for the appropriate offices. The selected individuals will be responsible for the recruitment of individuals seeking to assist this office in opening 100s of independent offices around the world.
Qualified candidates for this position will:
Develop recruiting strategies designed to fit our sales model and recruiting needs Evaluate candidates based on their strengths that fit our sales needs and compensation structure Work independently recruiting necessary talent to achieve personal sales goals. Communicate with all offices by sharing recruiting best practices" and provide accurate, thorough documentation daily on new employee applicants in our tracking system Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, gain industry knowledge, get referrals and sales leads Proactively source candidates using multiple means, thinking outside the box (internet, associations, recruiting events, etc) Requirements Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:
Demonstrate the ability to succeed. Have the people skills to achieve goals. Be available to work before and after typical office hours. Possess written and oral communication skills Able to identify possible talent with little or no background in sales Have the hunter mentality Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced, deadline drive environment Be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements. The chosen candidates will receive a highly competitive commission structured compensation package, top performers can expect to earn a six figure income, a benefits package including a dental / vision plan.
