Seasonal Positions: Kitchen Manager, Bakery Manager, Experienced Line Cook and a Baker. ePr. Possible year round position for the right person.
Salary: The management positions start at $3000 a month. Bakers & Line Cooks $10 to $15 an hour depending on skill level plus a season bonus.
Job Descriptions: In the Kitchen & Bakery management positions you will be responsible for over-seeing all aspects of the food preparation and production. You would be involved with every aspect of management including: hiring and scheduling team workers, cost and efficiency controls, ordering supplies as well as working the line. You would also be responsible to train the culinary and kitchen team as needed, and to keep working relationships positive within the team. We produce everything from scratch using many local and organic ingredients. We are ecological conscientious in all our business practices and it is important to us that the person in the management position embraces this edict and has had ample experience handing this type of food. In season the pace is fast and the working environment is energized.
There are positions open for an experienced line cook and a baker.
There is also an opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited, team player, to work in partnership/ownership position if they have money to invest.
