Provide administrative services for busy psychology practice. Must be highly competent, efficient, able to work independently, and a fast learner. Our office specializes in providing innovative mental health and wellness services to help businesses and individuals achieve higher levels of happiness and success. The selected candidate must be compassionate and diverse - able to work with a wide variety of clientele from long-term addictions to corporate management.
Specific duties entail serving as lead to undergraduate business interns, managing doctors' and staff schedules, excellent written and verbal communication with agencies and clients, assisting in billing and obtaining HMO/PPO authorizations to provide services, managing the submission of clinical documentation, problem-solving, assisting in the coordination of workshops and special events, managing office room reservations, monitoring and ordering supplies, registering clients for appointments, assisting in maintaining public relations, and additional duties to assist the Administrative Operations Director. This part-time subcontractual position offers a flexible work schedule.
